Towards Independence OT Consultancy Ltd provides independent occupational therapy assessments and recommendations for adults who need support due to physical, mental or cognitive difficulties caused by illness, injury or aging. Based in Essex and Suffolk, we look at the activities you find challenging and find practical solutions for daily tasks which may include skill-building, environmental changes, specialist equipment and assistive technology. We focus entirely on what matters to you as an individual, aiming to restore or improve function and quality of life.

About

Towards Independence OT Consultancy Ltd is led by Christina, an HCPC-registered occupational therapist with experience in the NHS, social care and education. I have always been particularly interested in my work with older adults and frailty, learning disability and specialist equipment including assistive technology. My practice is values-led, thoughtful and focused on what truly supports independence in everyday life.

I am HCPC registered (HCPC No. OT088762) and a member of RCOT who provides my professional indemnity insurance.
